Altis Endurance Sports is excited to conduct the inaugural Eastern Panhandle Marathon and Half Marathon planned for Monday September 30, 2019. The marathon and the half marathon starts at 8:00 AM. The race takes place at Poor House Farm Park in Martinsburg, WV.
NOTE – Altis Endurance Sports has not received approval to conduct this event yet. If this event is not approved, another race in West Virginia will be conducted on this race date of Monday 9/30/19 and race registrations will be transferred to the replacement West Virginia race – or runners can choose to have their registration refunded.

To register click here: Entrant fees: $55 for the half and $70 for the marathon to June 30th, $65 for the half and $80 for the marathon after June 30th, and $70 for the half and $90 for the marathon after August 31st. Online registration closes at 5:00PM Saturday September 28th.
Runners can also register for the race starting at 7:15 AM race morning at the start/finish, or at the Friday and Saturday packet pickup in the DC area – time and location to be determined.
Note: The shirt question is asked twice during the registration process as of January 1st. Please answer both the shirt questions with the same answer until this two-shirt-questions issue is resolved.
This event is a shirt optional race. Choose the No shirt (subtract $10) shirt option if you would prefer not to have a nice Eastern Panhandle race shirt.
The race takes place at Poor House Farm Park located at 233 Almshouse Road Martinsburg, WV 25403.↑
There is no Sunday night packet pickup. Race day packet pickup will commence at 7:15AM at the race start/finish line located at the park Kester Pavilion.↑
Please input 233 Almshouse Road Martinsburg, WV 25403 into your GPS devices to direct you to the Poor House Farm. The race site is nine minutes from the Martinsburg Holiday Inn. Head west on W King Street which changes name to Tuscarora Pike, turn left onto Poor House Road, and then left onto Almshouse Road and into the park.↑

The course has not yet been determined. The race will be conducted on a loop course using either 4.37 or 3.28 miles of the park trails which means the the half marathon will be either three or four loops, and the marathon will be either six or eight loops. Course info will be posted here when determined.↑

As is the case with most races, there will be no refunds of entry fees to entrants. Transfers of race bibs from one runner to another is also not allowed. This event is limited to 125 entrants. There will not be a waiting list if the race fills.↑
